I have been having a hard time dealing with some recent weight gain and have been looking at my food and realizing that it is pretty obvious why I have gained weight. I eat too much. I could give a million excuses, but this evening I put on a pair of work pants and they hardly buttoned. The scary thing is that they were loose on me this past summer. I need to change my habits now.
Calorie counting starts tomorrow.
